  • How do I register my child for a program?

    Registration is completed online through our website. Simply select the desired program, complete the required information, and submit payment to secure your spot.

  • What is included in the registration fee?

    Registration fees cover league administration, scheduling, officials, equipment refurbisment/certified, game and practice facility usage, and uniforms.

  • Does my child need experience?

    No, we welcome players of all levels of experience and they will learn the game from experienced coaches and staff.

  • How often do you practice?

    Practices are 5 days a weeks beginning July 27th. The first week is mandatory conditioning. After Labor Day, practice is 3 days a week: Tuesday, Wednesay, Thursday. Each team is assigned either 6:00pm-8:00pm or 6:30pm-8:30pm. Practice times are staggered in an effort to alleviate traffice at the park.

  • What is your refund or cancellation policy?

    Refund policies vary by program and are outlined during registration. In general, refunds may be available before the season begins, minus any administrative or processing fees.

  • How can I contact the organization with questions?

    You can contact us through the email address or contact form listed on our website. Our team will respond as quickly as possible during regular business hours.

  • What equipment does the Chapter provide?

    CHJAAFC provides the following: helmet and shoulder pads, and reversible game jersey, game pants, and game socks. Players keep their game jersey, which is personalized with their last name on the back. Nicknames are not allowed. We do require a deposit for the equipment that is distributed/loaned, check or credit card accepted. 


    You will not be charged the deposit, unless you fail to return all equipment at the end of the season and in good condition. (There will be scheduled equipment return days.)

  • What equipment is required?

    Chin strap, cleats (non-detachable rubber molded only; recommended colors are

    black, red, or white), integrated practice pants, practice jersey (you may use the ones from the previous season), socks,

    athletic cup, and a mouthguard with a tether attachment. Mouthguards cannot be Red or White. Steel, aluminum, hard

    rubber or nylon with metal cap cleats are not allowed. You may purchase your own helmet, but it must be certified.

  • Are volunteers or coaches needed?

    Our programs rely on volunteer coaches and helpers. If you’re interested in volunteering, you can indicate your interest during registration or contact us directly.

  • How will I receive updates and announcements?

    All updates are sent via email and posted on the website and Instagram. Please ensure your contact information is accurate so you don’t miss important communications.

  • Are games played on holidays?

    Holiday schedules vary by program. Any planned games or breaks will be communicated in advance.

  • How are coaches trained or screened?

    Coaches are required by Conference to complete background checks and a coaches clinic.

  • What is the organization's code of conduct?

    All participants, parents, and spectators are expected to follow our code of conduct to ensure a safe and positive environment for everyone.
